Highly Productive Shot blasting Turbines PEP have concave scoops for capturing and accelerating abrasive. Special design enables minimal wasting of abrasive and at the same time maximum transfer of energy from the motor to the abrasive. Extremly wear - resistant materials and the design of scoops (tangential capture of abrasive, slide acceleration without hits) provide extremely long lifespan of the turbine. Specially designed elements of the turbine enable adjustment of the angle of abrasive jet coming from the turbine, which provides exact distribution of energy to the treated object and thus reduced wear and tear of the machine as a whole.

They are used for shot blasting of casts, forged and pressed parts, remodelled cold or hot, of various complicated forms, springs, tubes, sheet metal, sections, welded objects, concrete, stone etc. They can be used for cleaning surface, removing casting sand and filings, consolidating the surface (microhandling), roughing the surface before colouring, etc.
